It was delivered as a turn-key for PGW which included:
- providing for pits and slab thickenings to accommodate manufacturing plant,
- all services were designed and installed fit for purpose,
- the offices and amenities area were all fully fitted out.
The programme evolved around PGW's disestablishment from previous properties and the seasonal peak for their business.
As such we provided them with early access to install manufacturing plant and erect racking in the warehouse.
Both the access and completion thresholds were achieved ahead of programme which meant PGW achieved a virtually seamless transition to the new facility in terms of their manufacturing and dispatch commitments.
